Restore members may bank their monthly membership fees for use at a later date. Fees may be applied toward the costs associated with injectable and filler services only (e.g., Botox, Sculptra, Juvederm, Restylane, PRP injections, and etc).

 

Eligibility for monthly ILLUMINATE body contouring program requires an initial fee of $2,000 and completion of the initial treatment protocol ( Financing available). CoolSculpting is excluded from the body contouring monthly maintenance service program but can be part of the initial treatment plan. ILLUMINATE members can purchase additional monthly services for a fee equal to their monthly membership fee. Not all body contouring services are available in all locations.
